Who is a trichologist? Ever heard of the term before? A trichologist is a physician who specializes in hair loss and scalp care. However, trichologist is only advisable when you are experiencing severe or extreme hair loss.
Perhaps, you are experiencing hair fall at this point. Actually, there is really nothing to worry about it. Hair fall is typically normal. Everyone loses between 40 and 120 strands a day, depending on how much hair you have, your age and your hair’s growth cycle. It has been said that people with fine hair tend to have more of hair fall and therefore will lose more than their thicker-haired individuals. Hair also thins as you get older, particularly after menopause for women. But unlike aging men, the thinning tends to stop after awhile.

Do you know that falling hair is more when Fall is approaching? You’ll lose the most hair in the fall, typically November and December when hair reaches maturity in its growth cycle. However, there may be those who keep experiencing falling here even other seasons. Take a look at your diet. Please know that your diet plays a very vital role for your hair. Recurring hair fall could mean vitamin deficiency. It occurs through poor dieting especially when you lack vitamin A, vitamin D, iron and calcium .
Now, hair loss happens too when a person is experiencing too much stress. take notice of this when you are under too much tension and stress. You will see the difference. Hair loss occurs often with pregnant women too as per study. This is part of post-pregnancy hormonal changes. Other women experience hair loss when going on or off (usually off) the birth control pill. There are those who will experience hair fall after illness or sickness.
Please bear in mind that hair loss is not that alarming. There is no need to consult to a trichologist until you can see your scalp through your thinning hair, that’s the advise. You only see this physician if the situation is so extreme. But overall, POOR DIET and STRESS are the common factors of hair loss. See it for yourself.

Millions of people around the world do not get enough sleep and a number really suffer from the lack of sleep. Even children are not exempted to this problem. The world we live in right now is full of pressures, pleasures, demands and hectic schedules for both young and old. There are those who are quite pre-occupied of irresistible entertainment to enjoy even overnight. Majority seems to be too busy with jobs to do even at dawn. People seem to deprive sleep just because of the busy life. We should not take this truth for granted: Sleep is far more important in keeping a healthy life.
If we miss this resting stage for our body in a day, it could pose consequences to us and to our daily activity. Constant lack of sleep may underlie more serious health-related problems than we think. Our sleep plays a vital connection towards our weight, our thinking ability, our memory and most of importantly over-all body condition. The outcome of not getting enough sleep may not directly show up on blood tests or a physical examination until the stage have progressed to nearly a disease state.
It is suggested that adults need between 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day to call it normal. Everyone’s individual sleep needs may vary. In general, most healthy adults are built for 16 hours of wakefulness and need an average of eight hours of sleep a night. However, there are some individuals who are able to function without sleepiness or drowsiness after as little as six hours of sleep. Others can’t perform at their peak unless they’ve slept ten hours. And, contrary to common myth, the need for sleep doesn’t decline with age but the ability to sleep for six to eight hours at one time may be reduced. The very main essence here is we have to take time to sleep within the 24 hours cycle. If we miss it, we are trying to harm our body without being aware perhaps.
Our food intake, daily activity, behavior, and environment contribute to how our body respond to sleep. Alcohol, drugs, diet, stress, problems, pressures are just few factors that could also cause us to have problems in getting enough sleep. It is important that we take sleep seriously and learn on what we can do to establish a peaceful, restorative sleep before it is too late.

This is neither a myth nor just a belief of someone else. This is a basic fact in order to attain a healthy life. This is one of the very important things in life.
Diseases and illnesses are at times caused by too much stress, worries and negative thinking. Internalizing bad emotions such as anger, hatred, jealousy, envy and regret would certainly cause negative impact in your life especially with your health.
Dwelling on troubles and worrying about them too much are the main sources of headache, heartache and even dizziness. This may sound funny to others but is absolutely true. This would even be the root of all evils for your health.
There are those who dwell too much with their upset and disappointed emotions who would soon get refuge to too much eating that would cause obesity and more unhealthy situations.
It is best to always keep your mind and heart healthy through happy memories. When times get rough, take time to get some energy through your inspiration and perhaps from the love of your life. Make it a habit to appreciate life the way it is and learn to laugh even at little funny things. It means so much to your health. Do not frown too much. Aside from getting wrinkles earlier than expected, frowning isn’t a healthy thing. It is sending negative message to your heart and as well as your brain.
Therefore, put the pressure aside; live, love and laugh. This is a natural and healthy way to nourish your body and even your soul.
